1. Go to the park to play volleyball
2. Go hiking every once in a while
3. Eat foods high in protein
4. In the summer time go swimming
5. Have weights at home to lift in my free time
6. Sleep more - At least 7 hours
7. Eat breakfast
8. Die down on the junk food.
9. Maintain healthy weight
10. Work on getting clear skin
11. Drink lots of water
12. Stay drug free (17 year streak)
13. Clean up the yard to keep myself moving
14. Have a somewhat healthy snack on my at all times just in case
15. Actually eat my vegetables
